Items purchased are usually shipped out within 3 - 4 business days.Domestic Addresses:
Please note that US shipping charges are for the main continental 48 states.
We will levy extra shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, etc.).
The extra shipping charges will be calculated when the order is processed and the customer will be sent a PayPal invoice to their email address given.
The order will not ship until this invoice is paid and payment clears.
International Shipping:
We ship globally with the courier of our choice. Delivery time varies according to the recipient's country, local customs personnel, and customer's quality of postal delivery. We have no control over these issues.
We present the products on our website as accurately as possible. Customers wishing to return a portion or all of their order are responsible for return shipping. Any items returned damaged may not have the full value refunded.
However, if you feel there is a discrepancy between the item pictured and the item that you received, please contact us for customer service.
We will evaluate your request and may arrange return shipping, exchange or store credit at our sole discretion.
Manufacturer's Defects
In the event of manufacturer's defects, please contact us. We may arrange return shipping and the item(s) in question will be evaluated by our expert staff for defects and may be replaced, refunded or a store credit issued at our sole discretion.
This policy does not cover standard wear and tear or damages caused by the user of the product.
